• Account information: email address, name, and password when you sign up.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, alerts triggered - used to improve the product.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. ShopSentry never stores your card details.
• Telegram chat ID: only if you choose to connect Telegram alerts.

• To provide and operate the ShopSentry service.
• To send you product alerts via email or Telegram based on your preferences.
• To send transactional emails (signup confirmation, billing receipts).
• To improve the product based on usage patterns.
• We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

• User data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

• Supabase - authentication and database.
• Resend - transactional email delivery.
• Paddle - payment processing, subscription management, and Merchant of Record.
• Telegram - optional alert delivery if you connect your account.

• You can request a copy of your data at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• You can update your notification preferences at any time from Settings.

• Right of access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Right to object - object to processing of your personal data.

Payment data for EU customers is processed by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record and are independently GDPR-compliant. Paddle's privacy policy is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

ShopSentry uses essential cookies only - for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you by email for any material changes.
