Terms of Service

ShopSentry is a Shopify store monitoring tool. We monitor publicly available product data from Shopify stores and deliver change alerts to users. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific store's data - stores may restrict access to their public catalog at any time.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person or organization.
• You must be 18 or older to use ShopSentry.

You agree not to:

• Use ShopSentry to scrape or resell data in bulk for commercial redistribution.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate ShopSentry's core functionality.
• Use ShopSentry for any illegal purpose.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides customer service inquiries, and handles returns.
• The Business Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial with card required.
• Upon successful payment confirmation through Paddle, your subscription features will be activated immediately, providing instant access to the service.
• You can cancel at any time - your access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy - contact support@datascrape.in within 14 days of a charge to request a refund with no exceptions.

Your use of ShopSentry is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, missing alerts, or data inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. DataScrape.in is operated out of Sitaram Society, Punagam Road, Surat, Gujarat, 395010, India.
